Unrealistic resolutions can lead to unrealistic expectations and then to disappointment when you are unable to meet either. Impractical resolutions like losing 15 lbs in a month, sticking to an extreme diet, and spending multiple hours a day working out ultimately lead to failure.
The truth is these kinds of resolutions never work!
