Midlife Strength Program

A 4-week strength and HIIT program designed specifically for women in midlife. Just three workouts per week, two strength and one HIIT. This program will help you maintain and build muscle, support heart health, boost metabolism and support bone density. Short, focused, effective workouts for women wanting results in midlife.
Strength in (Peri-) Menopause

Simone De La Rue, a NASM-certified trainer, created this program for midlife and menopause. Enjoy 20-minute workouts 3 times a week, plus a weekly 20-minute stretch. Switch between 12 diverse workouts for effective strength, balance, and endurance.

Progressive Strength Program

NASM certified celebrity trainer Simone De La Rue has designed this progressive program to help you build strength and focus on form. Expect 20 minute workouts, 3 times a week. Take the program at your own pace with up to 4 months
to complete the program.
The Signature 8-Week Program: Beginner

Based on Simone's best-selling book, this beginner program is designed for those new to exercise, or who are coming back to working out after a long break. Expect workouts of 30-40 mins, starting at 3 days a week and building up to 5 days a week.
The Signature 8-Week Program: Intermediate

Based on Simone's best-selling book, this intermediate program is designed for those who are currently active, or have completed the beginner program. Expect workouts of 40-60 mins, starting at 4 days per week and building up to 5 days a week.
The Signature 8-Week Program: Advanced

Based on Simone's best-selling book, this advanced program is designed for those with a lot of workout experience, or who are very familiar with the BBS method. Expect mostly 60 min workouts, starting at 5 days per week and building up to 6 days a week.

Post Natal Program

Postnatal exercise specialist Simone has designed this program for new moms looking to rebuild strength. Suitable for all women no sooner than 6 weeks after a vaginal delivery, or 8-10 weeks after a C-section. Expect 20 minute workouts,
3 times a week.
Baby By Simone

Our two prenatal collections. Simone, a pre and postnatal exercise specialist, created these workouts while she was pregnant with her own son, Oscar. Given the stamp of approval by her OBGYN, Dr Jason Rothbart, these workouts will keep you safely moving through each trimester. You can choose to them separately, or combine them for a longer workout. Always consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.
Prenatal Workout: Simone
De La Rue x Millie Mackintosh

This prenatal series includes workouts for your first, second and third trimester. There are four workouts in total plus ‘Mom Chats’, where Simone and Millie create a safe and open dialogue about the highs and lows of Pregnancy. You can choose to do these workouts separately, or combine them for a longer, more challenging workout.
This series will provide you with the tools to engage your TVA muscles and strengthen your pelvic floor. It will help you move, feel good, and love your body throughout the most incredible time of your life.
