Tips for Working Out At Home

How to stay motivated and take your at-home workouts to the next level.
Since the pandemic hit in 2020, the fitness industry ramped up their online class offerings. From YouTube, to Apps, IG Lives, and of course Zoom workouts, there is so no excuse to miss your workout!
At-home workouts have become popular for those who might be short on time - the working professional, the new mom, or those that want to snooze an extra hour each day (no judgement, we all do it!)
BBS loves at-home workouts so much that we are expanding our in-studio experience to our BBS beauties who don't live in LA or NYC. You can now stream our favorite in-studio classes right into your living room via zoom!
The pandemic has helped us become pros at working out from home, but we have a few tips that will take your at-home workouts to the next level!
Invest In Equipment: We have all done bicep curls with wine bottles, but it's time to upgrade! Invest in a few pieces of workout equipment that will take your workout to the next level. Create A Sacred Space: Working out from home can feel a little chaotic, especially if you have little ones running around. Your workout should be time that you can take for YOURSELF as a moment of self-care. Put your phone on "Do Not Disturb," close your office door for minimal distractions, and unplug during class. Your brain and body will thank you later!

Show up on time: Have you ever noticed that the more convenient something is, the less punctual you are?! Zoom classes make showing up for your workout incredibly convenient, so make sure you arrive on time. We recommend at least 2-3 minutes before class starts so you can get the required equipment ready. Remember, the warm up is a super important part of your workout, especially when working out at home in awkward spaces.

Khi kiểm tra v8win mình thực hiện một chuỗi thao tác gồm mở trang, chọn danh mục, chuyển sang nội dung khác rồi quay lại. Mình quan sát phản hồi của giao diện sau từng bước và chú ý đến cách nội dung hiển thị. Một số thao tác được lặp lại để so sánh giữa các lần truy cập. Mình cũng thử làm mới trang để theo dõi quá trình tải lại. Việc kiểm tra theo trình tự giúp mình ghi nhận trải nghiệm cụ thể hơn và có cơ sở đánh giá quá trình điều hướng thay vì chỉ dựa trên cảm nhận ban đầu.

Điều dễ nhận thấy là bố cục khá sạch, tiêu đề và nội dung được phân biệt rõ, chuyển qua các khu vực cũng tương đối thuận. Xem nhanh trên máy tính lẫn điện thoại đều không tạo cảm giác quá rối.
