How to stay motivated and take your at-home workouts to the next level.

Since the pandemic hit in 2020, the fitness industry ramped up their online class offerings. From YouTube, to Apps, IG Lives, and of course Zoom workouts, there is so no excuse to miss your workout!
At-home workouts have become popular for those who might be short on time - the working professional, the new mom, or those that want to snooze an extra hour each day (no judgement, we all do it!)
BBS loves at-home workouts so much that we are expanding our in-studio experience to our BBS beauties who don't live in LA or NYC. You can now stream our favorite in-studio classes right into your living room via zoom!
The pandemic has helped us become pros at working out from home, but we have a few tips that will take your at-home workouts to the next level!
Invest In Equipment: We have all done bicep curls with wine bottles, but it's time to upgrade! Invest in a few pieces of workout equipment that will take your workout to the next level. Our favorite pieces of equipment to keep at home are small and lightweight - easy to store in a small box or take with you on vacay! You can find our custom BBS Equipment HERE.
Create A Sacred Space: Working out from home can feel a little chaotic, especially if you have little ones running around. Your workout should be time that you can take for YOURSELF as a moment of self-care. Put your phone on "Do Not Disturb," close your office door for minimal distractions, and unplug during class. Your brain and body will thank you later!
Sign Up For A BBS Zoom Class: Our experienced trainers and dance cardio-based classes can now be streamed from our studios right into your living room! Take the day to snooze, skip your commute, and take class from home! Sign up for hybrid classes HERE.
Show up on time: Have you ever noticed that the more convenient something is, the less punctual you are?! Zoom classes make showing up for your workout incredibly convenient, so make sure you arrive on time. We recommend at least 2-3 minutes before class starts so you can get the required equipment ready. Remember, the warm up is a super important part of your workout, especially when working out at home in awkward spaces.

I am passionate about building a successful career in the creative design field through advanced visual communication and digital design skills, and I completed Graphic Design Courses in Chennai, where I learned typography, branding, image editing, layout design, illustration, and design tools through practical sessions and real-time projects. This training improved my creativity, technical knowledge, and understanding of modern graphic design practices used in advertising, marketing, media, and digital content creation industries today.
Great tips for staying consistent with at-home workouts! I love the reminder to treat exercise as dedicated self-care time. To wrap up my routines, I usually switch to a quick brain refresh with something like arrow puzzle to keep both body and mind active. Really appreciate the practical advice!
Really helpful tips! Staying consistent with home workouts can be challenging, but having a simple routine and realistic goals makes a big difference. I especially liked the practical advice on maintaining motivation and making the most of limited space. It's always great to see content that encourages a healthier lifestyle. On a different note, while researching business growth strategies, I came across Professional Digital Marketing Company Bangalore, which has some interesting information on AI-driven lead qualification and digital marketing solutions. Thanks for the valuable post!
Great tips! I also enjoy free online games to relax after workouts.
