SIGN UP INFORMATION
We currently offer a full access 14 day free trial for new subscribers only. You can cancel at anytime during your free trial. You will lose access immediately upon cancellation. Users that already had or have subscriptions lose the trial when they attempt to sign up again and are charged immediately upon subscribing. Once your billing cycle begins and a charge is processed, refunds do not apply. All subscriptions are automatically renewed.
The BBS Digital Studio is currently available via your web browser or as an iOS App for iPhones and iPads. To access the Digital Studio on your computer, please head to studio.bodybysimone.com . To download the App, search for ‘Body By Simone’ on the Apple Store or download HERE.
BBS Website Subscriptions
If you signed up directly through the BBS website or through a BBS link, you can manage your subscription HERE. Please email appsupport@bodybysimone.com if you run into any issues.
BBS Apple Subscriptions
All Apple subscriptions are currently controlled directly by them, so if you signed up directly through Apple, go to the profile tab on the app, click the setting gear, and select manage subscription. You will be redirected to the App Store and can cancel the subscription. You can also cancel your subscription by going to your device's Settings app > [your name] > iTunes App Store. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen. Tap View Apple ID. You might need to authenticate your Apple ID. Tap Subscriptions and choose Body By Simone. Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription offering, or tap Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription.
USING THE DIGITAL STUDIO
To access the BBS Digital Studio on a web browser, head to studio.bodybysimone.com (Safari, Chrome, Firefox). You can use any device to access the studio, including computers, iPhones, Androids, or tablets! Native iOS and Android Apps will be coming in early 2022.
Alternatively you can download the BBS Digital Studio iOS App (for iPhones and iPads) HERE. You will be asked to enter your email & password to access our library of workouts. An updated iOS app and new Android App will be coming in early 2022.
If you are already logged into the BBS Digital Studio, go to the YOU tab, then SETTINGS. You can find this in the top right hand corner of our desktop platform (look for your profile picture!), or the bottom right corner of the iOS App.
You can reset your password directly through the BBS Digital Studio HERE. If you are not logged in, simply select 'Forgot your password?' and enter your email address associated with your account. Select 'Email Me,' and we will send you a verification code to update your password. Make sure to check both your email inbox and junk mail box.
The BBS Digital Studio features are organized into 4 main categories : On Demand, Programs, Nutrition, and You!
ON DEMAND – The On Demand page houses all of our BBS Workouts! See the upcoming daily class schedule, recommended picks for you, curated playlists, and our latest workouts. You can create your own customized workout by selecting the amount of time you have (10 – 60 minutes) and the type of workout you want, or search for the perfect class by filtering our workouts by class type, trainer, length (10, 30 or 55 minutes) and equipment!
PROGRAMS – Looking for a little more guidance? Then a BBS Program may be for you. These add-on programs are perfect for those looking for a tailored workout program. Take the guess work out of your workouts and let Simone be your guide!
NUTRITION – Curated by celebrity nutritionist Kelly LeVeque, browse through our nutrition library with hundreds of recipes specially created for the BBS community.
YOU - The YOU section is where you can keep track of your amazing progress! You can see your overall stats and go further in depth by tracking your measurements and progress photos. Anytime you favorite a recipe or workout, it will appear here! The You section is also where you can change your workout goals and settings.
Additionally, you will find lots of helpful information appear on your HOMESCREEN. Any time we have a tip or reminder for you, it will appear here, as well as highlighting featured workouts and inspirational quotes from Simone.
The Level System is based on your cumulative hours of working out. Everyone begins at Level 1. Users Level Up to Level 2 after their first 60 minutes of working out! Users hit Level 3 after another 75 minutes of exercise.Users reach Level 4 for after an additional 90 minutes of exercise. And on and on! Once you hit Level 10 you will level up after every 6.5 hours of exercise!
Just like a video game, the more advanced you become the harder you have to work to Level Up! The number of levels is endless, so we recommend you set a personal goal for yourself for motivation!
The BBS Digital Studio is the reimagined update of the BBS App! It is the same content you know and love, with new features, longer classes, programs, and a brighter, more user-friendly look! If you currently have the BBS App, all of your current information, stats and favorites will automatically appear in the BBS Digital Studio. Your iOS App will update itself to the new look in January 2022.
The new features and programs are currently only available via web browser. Head to studio.bodybysimone.com on your phone, tablet or computer to access them! The iOS App will be updated and include all of the new features in January 2022, once approved by Apple.
We plan to have a native Android App available in the Google Play store in the first quarter of 2022. For now, Android users can access the Digital Studio HERE by using the web browser on their phone – it is optimized to look and function just like an App!
iOS users can easily cast to their TV using the AirPlay function. Chromecasting for Android users will come in a future update, however some users may have the ability to cast via the Google Chrome browser. A helpful how-to link can be found HERE.
All users can also cast from their laptop computers to a TV using an HDMI cable.
Yes! There are a few ways to do this :
On a Mac, from the menu bar, select View > Enter Full Screen
On a Mac, use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Command+F
On Windows, a very common shortcut is the F11 key
On a phone, simply turn your phone to the side (horizontally) so the video fills the entire screen. Be sure the ‘portrait orientation’ lock is not on!
8 WEEK PROGRAM
Whether you are working towards a specific goal or need to kickstart a healthier lifestyle, the Body By Simone 8 Week Makeover Program is for you! Based on celebrity trainer and certified life coach Simone De La Rue’s best-selling book The 8 Week Total Body Makeover Plan, this program will help keep you consistent, committed, and intentional. Each week builds upon the last to keep you challenged, engaged, and get you the results you want.
Each week you will also receive valuable information and development exercises from Simone. Learn how to set SMART goals, dive into healthy eating guidelines, and try new recovery tips & tricks to ensure you feel fabulous for the entire 8 weeks!
We offer 3 different levels of the 8 Week Program.
The beginner program is designed for those who are brand new to exercise, or who are coming back to working out after a long break. Expect workouts of 30 - 40 mins, starting at 3 days a week and building up to 5 days a week by the end of the program.
The intermediate program is designed for those who are currently active and have had some experience with dance fitness, or have completed the beginner program. Expect workouts of 40 - 60 mins, starting at 4 days per week and building up to 5 days a week by the end of the program.
The advanced program is designed for those who have had a lot of workout experience, are very familiar with the BBS method, or have completed our intermediate program. Expect workouts of 60 mins each session, starting at 5 days per week and progressing to 6 days a week for the second half of the program.
The BBS 8 Week Program is an add-on to your Premium BBS Subscription. You will be charged up front for the Program and can then begin whenever you are ready. Remember, this program is available to you for 8 consecutive weeks, so do not press start on your program until you are ready to begin!
Not a problem! Whilst I have selected Dance & HIIT based workouts as these are the heart of the BBS Method, you are more than welcome to substitute a Tramp workout instead. Just head to our Digital Studio library to substitute a class of your choosing! You can also substitute a long walk, a hike, or a bike ride for one of your cardio days if that’s what your body prefers!
Not at all! The recipes I have hand-picked are entirely optional. You are welcome to head to our Nutrition Library to select your own favorites, or forego the BBS recipes entirely. Just remember that your nutrition is just as important as your workouts when it comes to creating a healthy lifestyle and seeing results!
Not to worry! We know life sometimes gets in the way. Your workouts will remain unlocked each week so that you are able to catch up (if you want!).
Our workouts are designed to progress over the course of the 8 weeks, however I know some of our Beauties may be used to doing more in the initial few weeks. Feel free to supplement with additional workouts from our library, as long as you’re always ensuring 1 rest day per week… your body needs it!
Each week you will be prompted to select a workout schedule. A workout will unlock on each day you selected. We have designed this feature to help keep you accountable and follow the progression of workouts that Simone designed.
Not sure what days you want to workout? We suggest selecting the first day of your programs week, and all days following. For example, if you start your program on a Wednesday and are prompted to select 4 days to workout, we suggest you select Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. That way your workouts will unlock and you’ll be able to do them later in the week if needed.
