Our resident Yogi shares her outlook on life.

What would you tell your teenage self?
There’s no one like you there never will be! You always have been enough and are more than enough. You are loved! Shoot for the stars!
What is your favorite movie and why?
Breakfast at Tiffany’s! It is a true testament of the divine feminine and womanhood and well I love her CAT!
What is your favorite music genre to play in class?
Anything down-tempo electronica OR Latino electronica for two reasons…
1) Brings down our crazy auto pilot heart rates
2) Latino vibes allow us to travel mentally without actually having to leave the country!
Tell us something most people don’t know about you!
I am a certified Veterinary Assistant! Although I am not working in the field at the moment. I also work with animals anywhere from Pet Sitting to volunteering at shelters and cat cafes!
With love,
Lizzy

I liked the simple but uplifting message Lizzy shared about what she would tell her teenage self “there’s no one like you and you’ve always been enough.” That kind of reminder feels surprisingly powerful, especially in a fitness space where people often compare themselves to others. I also found it interesting that she enjoys playing down-tempo or Latino electronica in class to help bring heart rates down while still keeping the vibe flowing. Little details like that make the trainer’s style feel more personal. Reading this actually made me think about how motivation comes from unexpected places sometimes even while taking a break from something completely different, like working on an Online Marketing Assignment Help task and needing a mental…
