What would you tell your teenage self?
I would tell teenage Jillian to CHILL out and have FUN. I’ve always been pretty intense about my goals, looking back I really never got to enjoy my teenage years because I was so stressed and worried if I was doing enough to succeed.
What is your favorite movie and why?
I dislike “favorite” questions because I have SO MANY, and while I’d love my answer to be something classy or sophisticated like “American Beauty” or “The Kings Speech”-the first film that comes to my mind is Legally Blonde. Reese has always been a female I admire and look up to. This movie represented feminism in such an incredible and unique way. I love Elle’s storyline and how iconic it still is today.
What is your favorite music genre to play in class?
Girly Pop! Anything feel good with an awesome beat that makes you feel like you’re with your girlfriends at a party. Brings lots of positive and supportive energy into the space.
Tell us something most people don’t know about you!
Something most people don’t know about me is that no matter what weird celiac rash I break out in…I’ll always choose a slice of NY style pizza.

I liked the part where Jillian talked about how workouts should actually bring joy and energy, not just feel like something you force yourself to do.
