Get ready for spring with this delicious smoothie! Our favorite nutritionist, Kelly LeVeque, loves this sweet and creamy smoothie. Best of all, it's pack with nutrients and protein for a post-workout treat!
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1-2 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup strawberries (frozen or fresh)
2-3 cups of nut milk
handful of spinach
2 tbsp MCT oil
Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth! If you used fresh strawberries, use a few ice cubes to chill.
