Moment I fell in love with fitness:
Five years ago when I retired from the stage and needed to find my next passion. Working out is the closest thing to performing on stage for me!

Favorite workout:
Mine, of course! Body By Simone! A perfect mix of dance cardio and sculpting for long, lean, sexy muscle!

Favorite activewear staples:
You can’t beat Nike; I believe they are still ahead of the game. I love their leggings and shorts. I am also a fan of Sweaty Betty. I love their whole dance line.

Favorite fitness footwear:
Newtons, I have every color. They are lightweight, they breath and perfect for dance cardio as they literally keep you on your toes! And the bright colors just make me happy!

I stay inspired by…
My clients, watching them transform inside and out is what helps me get up every morning!

Favorite hair accessories:
Dry shampoo! Can’t live without it!

Must-have gadgets:
Obviously my iPhone, it has all my playlists for my workouts, and my calendar. I would not be able to get anywhere without it!

On my workout playlist…
Currently obsessed with Sam Smith. His songs are epic for warm up and cool down. And Animals by Martin Garrix is my go to dance cardio track!

Most unexpected item in my gym bag:
Dog leash. I take my fluffy white Maltese with me everywhere!

Favorite way to hydrate:
Good old-fashioned water; close second, Harmless Harvest coconut water.

Favorite post-workout fuel:
A boiled egg!

Fave quickie workout:
Ten minutes on the trampoline. It drains the lymphatic glands and is also a great way to do low-impact cardio.

Healthiest daily habit:
Sleep! 8 hours!

Personal fitness tip:
Just get there, once the endorphins kick in you will be glad you got out of bed.
