Simone De La Rue began training in classical ballet at the age of three and has enjoyed a successful dance career spanning over two decades, including numerous performances on Broadway, London’s West End and her native Australia. Simone has always had a passion for fitness and health. As a dancer, she studied yoga and Pilates; BBS developed from the techniques Simone used to train herself throughout her career. To this day, Simone has never been injured. Body By Simone mixes dance with yoga and Pilates to develop core strength, create long lean muscle, and promote cardio fitness, reaching the ultimate goal of having the perfect dancer’s body.
Simone and her team of trainers work one-on-one. Simone has created an exclusive boutique environment where clients can feel comfortable and at ease while achieving the best possible results. Clients include A-list celebrities, super models, fashion designers, photographers and pre and post-natal mothers. Simone and her team also specialize in clients with previous injuries.

By exercising correctly without the latest fad “quick fix” technique that will ultimately lead to injury, BBS teaches you the tools to achieve your ideal body.
